Mental health training Healthy minds mean healthy business

Looking after the mental health and wellbeing of your employees is good for business. Every year poor mental health costs UK employers between £33 billion - £42 billion per year*.

Research has shown that 61% of employees have experienced a mental health problem due to work and one in three have been formally diagnosed with a mental health issue**.

69% of UK line managers say that supporting employee wellbeing is a core skill, however only 13% have received mental health training***.

It’s more important than ever to support positive mental health in the workplace by raising awareness of mental health – something we all have.

What our clients say:

I have always been keen to support others struggling with mental health issues, but this course has increased my overall knowledge and confidence in doing this. I found the manual extremely informative in terms of understanding the spectrum of disorders and the differing ways in which I can approach and assist, and this means I would be more forthcoming in trying to help people, including people I do not know well or at all.
